How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within mainland France typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders ship free of charge. There is no minimum order value.
Do you ship outside France?
Currently, we only ship within mainland France, including Corsica.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product?
You can initiate a return through our online withdrawal form or by contacting us at info@suavskin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to get my refund?
We process refunds within 1–2 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take up to 8 additional business days to post the funds.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products may not be eligible for return unless defective. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility.
