Refund policy

Your Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically take possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal: You can exercise your right of withdrawal directly through our online withdrawal form available on our website, or by contacting us at info@suavskin.com. When contacting us, please provide: the place and date of purchase, your proof of purchase, a photograph of the product, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will acknowledge your withdrawal request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation included. Products that have been opened and are not returnable for hygiene or health protection reasons (such as personal care devices that have been used) may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, as permitted by Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Any such restrictions are clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Standard return shipping via Colissimo typically costs approximately €5–€8, depending on the weight and dimensions of the parcel. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Suavskin cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit during return.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. While we initiate the refund promptly, your bank or payment provider may take up to 8 additional business days to post the funds to your account. In any event, we will complete the refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal request, in accordance with Article L222-15 of the French Consumer Code. You will be notified by email or phone once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions: Custom-made or personalised products, and products that have been opened for hygiene reasons, are not eligible for return unless they are defective. Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, as permitted by French law.
