Shipping policy

Shipping Destination: Suavskin currently ships exclusively within mainland France, including Corsica. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, our team processes and packs it within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or French public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time: After dispatch, your parcel is handed to our delivery partners (Colissimo or Chronopost, depending on your location). Estimated delivery within mainland France is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Costs: All orders ship free of charge. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Issues: If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@suavskin.com or call +33 1 46 48 26 00 during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET). We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed at every step. In the rare event that a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
