These Terms and Conditions (Conditions Générales de Vente) govern all sales of products through the Suavskin website (suavskin.com). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Orders: An order becomes effective upon payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of insufficient stock or a pricing error, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Prices: All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include French VAT (TVA). Shipping is free of charge.

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you may use our online withdrawal form or contact us at info@suavskin.com. The product must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method. In any event, refunds are completed within 30 calendar days of the withdrawal request, in accordance with Article L222-15 of the French Consumer Code.

Legal Guarantees: All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité) and the guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés), as provided by the French Consumer Code.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount of the order. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product.

Applicable Law: These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute may be submitted to a consumer mediator or the competent French courts.
